9Round Edgemere is awesome! full body workout but very doable! Especially with the great trainers they have, always pushing and motivating you. Thank you Eric, Mo', Luis, Fernanda, and Brandon for helping me be the best version of myself physically and mentally! ?????
This gym has kept me fit for the past 3 years! I had tried the conventional gyms and there is no comparison. The 30 minute workout is a killer workout for those trying to stay healthy/fit or looking to lose weight. The workout paired up with their highly motivated trainers guarantees results for those of us looking for a challenging workout! Huge shout out to Erik, Fernanda, Brandon, Luis and Monique!
