Last year (2016) I had Chad Hensley (part owner) of Energy Construction build me a gravel pad in front of my hay barn. After the work was done I paid him but did tell him I need a few more loads of 1.5" rocks (reason being the road gravel used I was told would pack and get hard like it does on the road but it never did...remains slushy after a rain) to help solidify the pad. Chad agreed to this but never did the work. For weeks I called him and received no answer or call back. When he finally did respond via text message he was very defensive and had no interest in keeping his word.
