We are currently trying to build our house with them. Keyword is trying. We started this process around April or May of 2021 and we still have not broken ground. There’s such a lack of communication and responsiveness. They are nice and professional WHEN you can get a response from them. We call and when we do get an answer it’ll be I’ll call you back in a few minutes and then it’s the next day and we haven’t heard anything back then we text or email and IF we get a response it’ll be weeks later. House built back in 2017. Took them 10 months starting from Dec. 2016 laying of foundation to Sept. Originally promised end of April, then May, then June, etc. Weeks went by between touch ups and lots of items ignored. Worst item of all is ceiling that is completely open to the attic. Original insulation(blown) daily falling threw the cracks little by little plus heat. Alex came stated nothing wrong till they sent their foam insulation company. He gave them a quote and they denied it sending the same guy with expansion foam cans. That's what you call integrity for years to come. I have initially dealt with Eddie, one of the owners, and I found him very respectful and very honest. He is very transparent in his dealings. Unlike an ex-employee of infinity who started his new building company and lured me to build with him, but that ex-employee builder was not transparent. Please be careful dealing with new builders. I did not get the chance to build now, but I plan to resume in two or three years hopefully with infinity.
