It's fine to schedule my appointments a month or two out, but it's very frustrating when they cancel my appt the day before or I don't find out until I get there that it's been canceled. It's happened more than once, forcing me to schedule for another month away.
Great experience. I had the best cleaning with Trameika. She was gentle, thorough and professional. Ke’von was my assistant and he was amazing. He made me feel comfortable while having fillings done. He is funny and professional. I definitely recommend this office.
In the 6 months since my last visit, I can honestly say they improved 100%. The dental hygienist was very gentle, the X-rays went well and I actually was seen by the dentist and he put a treatment on my teeth. Before the dentist never looked at my teeth after a cleaning ((I guess she is gone) they were also on time with my appointment. I am liking the improvements.
