I would put 0 stars if I could. The office manger is absolutely rude and unprofessional. She is unapologetic and thinks she owns the place. We had an emergency and were referred there and ended up not receiving services after her employee as she stated gave the other dental office incorrect information. Will not ever go there again.

I love the professional and care the doctors and staff have for their patients.

I've had three visit and each time they took care of me. I was scared and thought it would be very painful. But it was not, doctors was very gental and took their time and made sure I was comfortable. I had a deep cleaning in one visit. Teeth fills like new. Third visit I had to have two toothed pulled. Did not fill any pain. Even the needle , just felt a pinch . I will forever be patient .

Very unorganized. I was to receive fillings for the first time ever. I asked the Dr. Kaur about the process and what type of material was used, she told me to Google it. It took me asking several times for her to finally explain it to me. My out of pocket expenses seemed to be high. My coworker with the exact same insurance paid only $8.11 for her filling (at a different place) and my came out to $200+. Also, They tried to slip an electronic toothbrush on my bill without asking. As I was leaving I had to ask them about the prescribed oral rinse and toothpaste as it was not provided to me but included on my bill. I also paid almost $1000 for some type of antibiotic mouthpiece that I never received. I called a couple of days later and they finally told me that it takes weeks for that to arrive and they would call me. I didn’t even know the name of the dentist who operated on me as her name was not on any of the paperwork I received. The only saving grace here was Tia (dental assistant maybe) and the hygienist. However, I will not be returning.

The staff here was quite insistant that my mom needed to return for at least 3 visits and spend $5,000. They diagnosed her with advanced periodontal disease and multiple cavities... This week, my mom went to a dentist in Richardson who found my mom has ZERO cavities! And not periodontal disease! There are also other reviews here by people who've been "diagnosed" with conditions at Duncanville Dental that mysteriously could not be found with a 2nd opinion elsewhere... For myself, they alleged I had multiple cavities. The dental hygienist was very rough. She made my gums painfully sore and bleed. She was the first person ever to tell me not to eat solids for hours after the cleaning because my gums were sore. No other hygienist elsewhere has ever irritated my gums to the point where I couldn't eat solids!!! I will also be seeing another dentist, probably in Dallas, soon. Oh and about the "free consultation" they currently offer... The receptionist at Duncanville Dental explained to me that it being free means you have to pay for any copy of your imaging because Duncanville Dental OWNS them. I'm glad we didn't pay for any imaging/medical records from the consultation at Duncanville Dental. Just go elsewhere.

All of the staff are very friendly and pleasant. They spend time thoroughly explaining the treatments and procedures. The are willing to work with you on financial obligations which is important to me being a senior on a fixed income. However, the only complaint that I have is the wait to be seen is sometimes long. Once they bring you in th see someone the wait is even longer.
Other than that, I would recommend Duncanville Dental.
