Ask for Steve if you are in the Collin County area. He immediately went to the main line to root out the persistent problem. He’s personable, explained well what he was doing. I believe my shower issue is solved since he came to address it.
I had an emergency plumbing issue with my main sewer drain line clearing in the early morning hours of 6:00am. Roto-Rooter had a plumbing specialist there within an hour. The plumbing specialist, Steve not only cleared the line but also exceeded my expectations of customer service to inform me about other services provided. Steve called out his colleague to complete a video camera inspection and investigate what caused the issue in the first place. Also, a water restoration technician was sent out to evaluate the water damage. All this was done in one day, a couple of hours to give me piece of mind.
Steve is really professional and detail oriented when he came in to diagnostics the problem.
He also thoroughly checked the repair and pointed out any other potential issues.
