I had two toilets clogged up the night before I needed to go out of town. Called the guys at Roto Rooter the next morning first thing. They were there in the morning when they said, Steven cleared my blockage in less than hour. Jason came and ran a camera to inspect for further damage. I was good to go in no time. Thanks to Steven, Jason and the dispatch. They were so fast and communicated everything which is a big plus for me. Thanks again, yall are the best!
Steven was very friendly & professional. He cleared the clogged line & got us back on track. I tried joking w him when he asked 2 plug in his extention cord, told him we had no electricity but ended up making him smirk a bit... he's a great guy
Did great job. Had 2 breaks outdoors . Which required digging & replacing pipe. First day diagnosis. Next day work was completed & yard was put back to normal. They arrived on time. They kept us updated throughout progress. Yes would use again. Appreciate their professionalism
