I had the best experience with Dr. Pamela Phillips She’s truly Cares and very Concerned I didn’t mind the waiting to be seen because the staff are very friendly patient and sweet. I’m very grateful to have seen Dr. Phillips .

By far the WORST experience with a so called Medical professional…Dr. Phillips lack of professionalism was atrocious…speaking about other medical facilities in a condescending manner turned me completed off…I was already in pain and she made my situation worse…I would never go back to her…Dr. Philips medical staff was courtesy and kind..it was the only thing good about that unfortunate visit.

Dr. Phillips is very concerned about me as her patient and has my best interest. I appreciate her wisdom when it comes to my health and will follow her instruction period. I love the service she provides. Awesome care provider.

The scheduling coordinator, Anna, was incessantly arguing with me. She was acting as if she were the doctor, telling me what needed to be done. I wanted to see Dr. Phillips for my lab work and check-up, but she insisted that I had to come three times to see her before the doctor could draw my lab. When I mentioned that I am a registered nurse myself and that this is not how things should work in the medical field, she refused to listen and abruptly hung up on me without confirming any appointment. The doctor or nurse practitioner at the clinic needs to address Anna's rude and impatient behavior over the phone.
