I went to get my lashes done for the first time and it was such a relaxing experience. Hannah was great at explaining all the different lash options & the after care. I loved the end results and will be returning!

I've had lashes before and wanted to try somewhere new... The lash lounge had a great promotion for Valentine's Day. It was easy to book, they have a lot of times to choose from, my stylist was very informative and didn't excellent job, the facility was super clean as well. Most importantly, they have a lot of different pricing options, depending on how much you want to spend or how dramatic you want your lashes which I appreciate. And unlike any other lash place, they actually have a monthly membership which dramatically reduces the cost of each of your fills and gives you extra member perks

I'm not a client...yet, I'm sure I will give the 5th star once I am! I got a bad lash lift from another place and the next day after being told that nothing could be done I called the lash Lounge. I talked to someone and told them my situation and she told me there was something they could do! After sending some photos it was recommended I waited a week before doing anything as to not damage my natural lashes further. I will definitely be going in to get my lashes fixed but was super impressed at the customer service toward someone who isn't a client!
