I've been coming to The Gents Place for over 2 years now and my experience is always exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly, the selection of men's grooming products is extensive, the amenities feel luxurious, and my haircut never disappoints. Ranata has been my master grooming specialist for the entire time I've been getting my haircut here and she is literally the best! I can rest assured that when I sit down in her chair I'm in capable hands and I will be leaving feeling refreshed and looking my best. The 7 Course service is my go-to and you won't regret spending the extra money to get pampered.
This is far from your average haircut. The staff are so friendly, with the concierge Vanessa being especially so. She does a phenomenal job, from handling the appointments to pouring the drinks and cleaning and conditioning our shoes and bags. Marisela is amazing, perfect styling every time. I highly recommend a membership if you're in DFW and need regular cuts. Complimentary maintenance trims between each cut, shoe/bag cleanings, and a free drink every visit? It's life changing, in the best of ways.
Stopped by for the first time in a couple of years and wow what a difference! The place has had a full facelift from the ground up, literally (new floor and a freshly painted ceiling). It was great to see that for the most part, the staff is still the same. Excited to be back!
