Find another company. I hired this company months ago to accomplish a very specific task. I paid them my initial retainer. They represented they did some work but said they needed additional money, but guaranteed the work would be completed. It has not. They have not provided any written documentation of the work performed, notes of any surveillance or any other back up documentation that a reputable investigation company would regularly maintain. There are some good companies out there, this is not one of them.
