In the beginning I was a little nervous and really didn't know what to look for and expect in a website company.I ran across North TX Web Design and spoke with Richard....Immediately (after 3 other companies) I knew this was the company we needed to represent us and tell our story..Richard was very understanding, patient, and knew exactly what I was looking for in our picture that we were trying to paint.Very approachable, answered every question, answered every phone call, responded immediately and is Extremely Knowledgeable about the service that he offers.From one business owner to the other, make North Tx Web Design your choice.. Okay, let me begin because I often write reviews on both ends of the spectrum (Outstanding and Not So Much So). This company by FAR exceeded ALL expectations (Well Above Outstanding). I had a previous business partner that handled all my website design work and they were bought out and locating previous IT personnel and URL was a nightmare....North TX Web Design (Richard T) was AMAZING. North TX worked diligently to ensure I kept my same URL, created me an amazing website and EVERYTHING was done ahead of agreed upon timeline. Richard is so helpful and is available anytime I need him with my website needs. He has always been willing to teach me ways to self-serve, and is there to fix my mistakes when I screw up! I would highly recommend North Texas Web Design to anyone looking for any web design needs.
