I was disappointed to see a Facebook post from Misty Spradlin (AGENT #0712400) that appeared to make light of the Karmelo guilty verdict. I found the post insensitive and unprofessional, especially given her position. The comment left me concerned about her judgment and professionalism. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I would not rent with this management company. They recently charged me $350 for two showerheads that were not broke. They were removed to install my own. Specifically at 901 Austin Ln McKinney Texas. Do not rent from this management company!

No system is perfect, but you've got to hand it to NTREIS for being willing to make the hard decisions to adjust and improve the mls provider we use when they realize a change needs to be made. Also, there isn't a more complete better source of information for north Texas residential real estate available anywhere. As the owner of a brokerage company, I would have much greater challenges trying to serve clients and agents without their tools and technology.
