Grandma did my hair in goddess braids with blue extensions and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! ?? Thank you so much! Gotta be one of my best birthday gifts ever. And she was so very friendly.

The customer service were great ? down side is I was told to be there at 9:00 AM so I got there at 8:45 but no one started on my hair until 10:10 AM. Also, they argued more than they worked and the lady took a 45 minute break. I wasn’t prepared to be there for 10 hours for medium sized box braids that was a little bit below mid back and doesn’t even look full because I had a nail appointment (that I missed), other than that I really wouldn’t mind going back if I have a clear schedule.
