I had my very first facial with Sulma, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, she took the time to really understand my skin concerns and goals. Her consultation was thoughtful and thorough, and she explained every step of the process with so much patience and care.
During the facial, Sulma was incredibly gentle and attentive — I felt completely relaxed and confident that I was in great hands. Afterwards, she went above and beyond by recommending products tailored to my skin and even followed up a few days later to check on my progress. That kind of genuine care and follow-through is rare and so appreciated.
