We have been using Hillside Veterinary for 5 years and our Pug's Doctor is Heather Frankfurt. Doctor Frankfurt is one of the most friendliest, caring veterinarian we have ever had and she truly shows her love for animals. Yes there are other places in the area to use, but this facility has it all, not to mention their love and care for our furry family members. No place is perfect and if you ever have an issue please bring it to their attention. They care about customer service and will address the issue and do everything they can to make the customer happy.
Over the years, we have been here for several emergencies and to lay three of our dogs to rest. Each time we had a different doctor and I can honestly say everyone that we have come in contact with has been nothing short of amazing, compassionate and offered my animals the best care. This week I took my rescued GSD, who hasn't had the best experience with people, and Dr. Gutierrez and his technician, Ruby were the best with her! Hillside Veterinary Clinic is wonderful and definitely worth the commute!
I highly recommend Hillside. They are always knowledgeable and helpful and patiently answer all of my (many) questions. It's obvious that they care about all the pets in their care and my dog loves to make friends with all the staff whenever he visits. He also really loves that they are very generous with belly rubs and treats.
