Horrible- They ruined my white 4 year old couch! Then lied to me saying is was VERY dirty & that I have a dog! Truth is the 2 technicians made note to me that my couch was very well cared for & was not too dirty. They showed me that the tank of water extracted from my couch was a pale grey color & some very dirty ones they have done, the water is black! Fiber Seal is the only company who touched this couch, first to protect & 2 x to clean. On this second time they also brushed the couch to remove big marks from their machine. The brushing took fabric off of the nap- big mess‼
I have used this company many, many times over the last 20 years to stain protect furniture and rugs. They are always on time and professional. Plus, their stain protection is top notch. I highly recommend them.
