I would like to recommend Geovanni Solano receive more customer service and emotional intelligence training from my experience with him today… I was supposed to be a model for one of his trainee and Geovanni Solano decided 9 min before my time to model that he was no longer going to train the trainee (3 hours left in completing the training)… Then when I spoke with Mr. Solano he was blaming the trainee for providing a model and kept saying it was between me and the trainee that I wasn’t going to be a model anymore… I stated no, you requested the trainee to gather models for you to help train, so the trainee only did what was required… It made no sense to me why he was blaming the trainee… I even asked Mr. Solano did it make sense and he said yes… I said to Mr. Solano, that it didn’t make sense to me and his response was I’m sorry it don’t make sense to you… As the trainer, he made a decision to stop training 3 hours early, 9 min before the next model… Mr. Solano’s decision not the trainee…
I am not upset over not getting my hair done… I am upset with the “trainer” making a poor decision… If you are training someone and know they have people “potential clients” coming to assist, then why not wait till the end of the day to inform the trainee how they could improve… I am a trainer (not for hair) but being a trainer and giving up on someone 3 hours early would have never been the option… I do get some people are not trainable but from the way Mr. Solano was speaking to me (egotistically) he needs more patience and more training on emotional intelligence… He may know hair but that has nothing to do with how you train, treat, and talk to humans…

I truly dislike rude customers service. I went to the wrong location and the front desk was so rude she didn’t even want to help me and the one I booked was only 10 minutes away. I suggested that everyone at the front desk knows the locations specifically one’s so close and not just tell me to call customer service.

Most horrible blowout I’ve ever had! My stylist dug her long nails into my scalp multiple times while washing my hair and was not gentle or relaxing. She kept digging the round bristle brush in my scalp and blowdrying my scalp with the hot heat. That combined left my hair and scalp looking and feeling so bad. I didn’t ask her to fix because she had already caused enough damage. I had to take medicine when I got home for the pain caused. Also completely redid my hair when I got home to fix the atrocity that happened to my head. The worst part is the breakage on the top of my hair that she caused. I CANNOT FIX that damage!! Will not be back, would not recommend. Photos without makeup on is the “blowout” I received. Photo with makeup on is how it looked after I went home and started from scratch on my own. Big waste of money to ultimately have to redo.

Results looked terrible. I payed to install extensions and they weren’t done right. The extensions were hanging out and noticeable. I had to reapply them myself. Once my hair was done the stylist asked me if it looked fine. I was not about to lie so I asked her if she could fix a few things. No noticeable changes were made so I stated I wasn’t content with the look. The stylist left without saying a word and someone else came and “finished” my hair. I still left unhappy and paid full price. I had a photoshoot afterwards and I did not like a single photo because of my hair. A professional would have stayed and done what’s right.

My first Drybar experience and it was perfect! Jenna was my stylist and she has to be one of the most fabulous humans I’ve ever met. The most relaxing hair wash and style ever. My hair turned out perfectly, exactly what I wanted! I will absolutely be back

Wonderful experience at this location, Evelyn took great care of me and my hair! I had a unique day ahead of me where I was celebrating my 30th birthday with a massage after my appointment. She gave me a beautiful blowout, then helped pin my hair up so I could go to my massage with my hair styled. Hours later I let my hair down for a special dinner and my hair was so bouncy and gorgeous! I am so grateful for Evelyn’s time, talent, and flexibility with my activities for the day!

Getting consistent blowouts has changed my life! I truly enjoy coming to dry bar every week for a relaxing experience and to be taken care of. The front desk is SO welcoming, accommodating, and kind to me. Every stylist I have had has been so wonderful, especially Patty! They take amazing care of my extensions and are so gentle. I will be a customer for life.

This was my second time at this location and i absolutely enjoyed my service both times. Although I have curly hair, my stylist was amazing and reassured me with my hair! The receptionist and stylists are very kind and i am grateful they were able to fit me in for a last minute blowout!

I went there to get my hair done for a wedding, my hair DID NOT last like even 2 hours. I asked for Hollywood waves but it couldn’t look less Hollywood. I am so disappointed. My hair was so fizzy and nasty at the wedding I didn’t even want to take pictures. They should not be in business or need to hire better stylists.
