Have been waiting for them to send over my prescription for quite some time now. They do not deliver on their promises and always make excuses and blame the next person. Do not leave the facility till you physically see them send over the prescription or it will become a constant phone battle just to get them to do their job.

I love how thorough Dr Worrell is. He asks about everything and his office is a ‘one stop shop’, so I got my bloodwork done, an EKG and will go back to get a few more tests done soon. I feel like my health is important to Dr Worrell and his staff. I’ve never had any problems with anyone that works there. Everyone is very nice.

There is only so much a patient can deal with. From the waiting to be seen for walk ins, virtual and scheduled appointments. I called this morning asking for a doctors note. I am in vulnerable state in pain and politely asked. He starts getting a attitude saying I am not going back and forth with you. No one deserves to be talked to that way. Being verbally attacked first, make me feel unheard

Dr. Paul Worrell is an excellent dr. And very personal on my health evaluations. He has been my primary physician provider for over 35 years. Highly recommend him.

To be honest, it is not all the time that I feel so comfortable with a doctor and I feel like they actually care. He did a very good. I feel like he was very genuine
