Cody arrived at the appointment on time, consulted with us about our issue, jumped straight in, and had us 100% tested and working very quickly. He was straightforward to work with and had a sense of humor about our self-described unconventional setup. (no shame haha) We will definitely use the service again.

Cody and his team arrived on time and fixed our wireless issues quickly. We also had him and his team perform a wireless survey which highlighted issues with signal interference. In a single long day, they upgraded our aging wireless network, moved all the access points to ideal locations and also discovered an issue with the internet service provider's equipment. Even after the installation, Cody monitored the system for stability for several days and continued to work with our ISP. Their customer service is top-notch. Cody and his team help install 2 AP in our freezer and 1 AP in cooler at our warehouse. They provide professional solution with reasonable price. They are punctual and response fast. Highly recommend to anyone that needs assistance with Unifi AP.
