I currently have a Citi World Elite Aadvantage Mastercard. I was defrauded by a merchant and initiated a dispute with Citi. Citi completely ignored the basis of my dispute and sided with the merchant. When I received a copy of the merchant’s response, nothing they wrote even attempted to address the issues I raised in my dispute. I have repeatedly explained my side to Citi but whomever is in charge of reviewing disputes just doesn’t seem to understand. This is not a good credit card to have if you’re looking for a card that cares about protecting its customers.
