When my 100-year old father became bed-bound in his Assisted Living facility in September 2023, I sought out a service to care for him at night. Caring Mountain provided three wonderful, experienced and caring professionals that provided care for dad from 8pm to 8am seven days a week. Birgitta, Linda and Victoria all provided consistent, all encompassing care for dad while keeping me informed of his status and any concerns. It was a tremendous relief to me to have someone trusted and equipped to handle his needs each night, allowing me some rest and recuperation from my daily caregiving. The Care Mountain team did a great job caring for our mother. The caregivers were polite and professional. The caregivers made our mother comfortable. Care Mountain responds promptly when you need to adjust with the staff. As a whole, we were pleased with the service provided by Care Mountain.

We needed 24/7 care for our mother for several weeks at the end of her life. She very much wanted to be at home and Care Mountain made that possible. Our certified nursing assistant, Carnell, adopted Mom and stayed with her the entire time. She is a treasure and a dedicated professional. Gagan, the administrator was very helpful in getting us set up and explaining the procedures as was Deepti, who helped me understand how billing works. In addition, we recieved personalized nursing care from Andrea, the nursing supervisor who took the time to check in with me often and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.
