It is not often that I feel that a business is well worth my review and recommendation but in this case I feel that it is a service to those that are like me, women that are apprehensive about getting permanent eye makeup because of not knowing who they can trust and whether they will get the results they are looking for, a natural becoming highlight to their eyes and face. I have to say it took me so long to write this review for lack of time, but let me tell you that there is no question in my mind Liberty is amazing! My permanent eyeliner is the best investment i did in 2025. Every morning i wake up and don't have the spend too much time to get ready, my face looks so natural and well put together.
