Tony was very accommodating, went the extra mile for me, heard my concerns & listened, while at your store. I had been to another location but the customer service at 5301 Belt Line, is very impressive! GO TONY!
Had the best customer service from Chao!! She was very polite and helpful. She fixed a missing screw on my eyeglasses. The wait time was less than 3 mins and it was a free repair! Also, bought a case that was on sale.
Amazing. Just amazing. Absolutely caring staff. They are so sweet. The assistant manager helped check me in and everyone was so sweet that i literally cried when i got into my car because they were that nice.
