I cannot say more amazing things about this clinic - believe the reviews! After a year of knee pain and doing stretches, seeing doctors and even getting a steroid shot, I felt like there was no path to recovery. At it's worst, my knee pain flared up after walking a few blocks. After TWO appointments the techniques by Arriosti and Dr Clements had me completely new again. So much so that I did a 13 mile hike with zero knee pain the following weekend! Believe the hype, do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

Dr. Clements is amazing!! I have never been to Physical Therapy before and thought it was for old people. Turns out I'm not old at 64, just was having major lower back pain from sitting for 40 years working on a computer. From the soft tissue manipulation of Dr. Clements to the at home exercises, I am a spring chicken again. If you do the at home exercises and see Dr. Clements your pain will be eliminated. Amazing people, amazing staff.

Dr. Clements helped my daughter's volleyball injury in ONE visit! The PT exercises, protocol and massage he used were incredibly effective. When we showed up to the second follow up appointment and she said she was already 100% he told us we didn't need to stay. I was impressed with the care we received AND his generosity.
