Kudos to Mr Walenta who came out to our residence first thing in the morning. We had issues with our electricity and we're worried about finding a reliable reasonable company to assist. Mr Walenta reached out to us and responded quickly. He called us and showed up early in the morning to take care of us. He explained everything to us and was professional and friendly. He rechecked everything for us and best part was that he told us to check with him should we have any additional questions or concerns and he recommended additional sources for us. Call Robert late in the day. I had cut all electric with trencher. He came that accessed what was needed and came out on Sunday to complete job. That does not happen very often today.
With a serious electrial issue going on during the COVID-19 epidemic, I reached out to the community for recommendations. Robert Walenta, in turn, reached out to me. Robert responded to my house, critiqued the problem, did a tempory repair and gave me an estimate for a new electrical service panel, which I had been putting off for 10 years. From growing up in a family of electricians, I knew his critique and cost estimate was fair. This all occurred on a weekend, by Monday morning, Robert had the necessary permits and was able to complete the job in a very efficient time.
