Me and my son checked in online arrived five minutes before the app told us to once we were there waited for 15 minutes only to get kicked off the list and then the manager response was for us to recheck in and wait for another 45 minutes, even after we told her that we were checked in when we arrived and online. And then proceeded to take two walk-ins in front of us. Needless to say we didn’t stick around to get a haircut we left.

Miriam is a hair artist! She consistently gives me the perfect haircut. It's obvious she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients. I always leave Sportclips feeling confident and looking my best. Highly recommend!

Great hair cut for the boys. My stylist, Nancy is very professional and does a wonderful job with a scissor cut.

Don’t go in at 5:30. All the hairdressers talked the entire time out loud about how “they want to leave” and “they would never cut a complicated hair style, like a mullet, at this time.” My husband’s hair dresser apologized to my husband and “sorry she don’t know how to whisper…..” whole time they’re standing there saying out loud how she’d never do that. The short Hispanic girl with long black hair said she’d be sure to start locking the doors at 4pm………. They close at 6pm. A gentleman came in AFTER us and simply wanted a neck shave. That same girl looked at him with a disgusted look and said we’re about to close and asked if he signed up online. He said no and another hair dresser agreed to help him. Just rude, unprofessional, and lazy. Won’t be back.
Also worth noting the hairdresser cut his hair in ten minutes. Gone by “closing” time.

My last day here was today. In fact didn’t even get a haircut. After 40 minutes past my appointment I walked out. The wait times and service has become a nightmare since using the app became a must. For a couple dollars more I can go to a salon.

Judgemental people working here. You ask what you want and they start getting annoyed, they just want to do what they know not what you want.
Price is kind of scam here. They tried to give me mvp charge without doing it even though i asked for shampooing they took me straight to counter, when i said you did not do shampooing they just changed the name for the same price.
If you cant give people what they want, why are you there. 3 times nad never satisfied once.
