I come here all the time and the environment is very nice and the equipment is very good. The staff is very friendly ESPECIALLY Jenny who always welcomes me and is very helpful! Shout out to the janitorial staff who are also very hard working, friendly, and always maintaining a clean gym! I always look forward to working out at this gym and will be going here for the foreseeable future!

On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, I attempted to check in at the facility on Barker Cypress. I was told by Mr. Evan the operations manager that my membership needed to be updated. I explained in detail what had happened and my membership was active as of April 01, 2026. Instead of him pushing me to the side, having me attempt to correct the problem myself he took the extra steps to make sure I was able to access the gym without any further problems. He was very attentive to what I had to say in order to correct the situation. I signed up here because they are the only place I know that still has racquetball! The facility is clean and the people I've come in contact with were friendly. I appreciated the first trainer session too. It was really helpful.
