Miguel and his team came out and resurfaced our stamped concrete pool deck about 1.5 years ago and did a fantastic job. The treatment has been standing up to daily use with almost no issues, with the exception of a couple of very small areas that peeled away.I called Miguel and he sent out Francisco and Johnny the following week to address the issue. I was concerned about both the color and the applied stain matching the rest of the deck. Patio resurfacing work, no complaints. Joint replacement major issue. company removed old joints and when they replaced with new filller DID NOT make it level as it was originally. requested rework and proposed to sand patio for a cost. we did not agree to do this. Mentioned joint in that ONE area needs to be redone. Urgently this is a tripping hazar. Company has not reached back out to text messages.
I can't say enough about the job these guys did! From Rolo, who came out to determine exactly what we needed and to bid the project to Cesar and Sandiego who did the actual work. They are true artists and are very conscientious about their jobs. Thank you for our beautiful pool deck!
