Got my piercing taken care of here and was the best customer service I have had.Went back and was treated so well by the shop owner that I decided to get a tattoo from there!She called and made sure I had a walk in available at the south side location. What amazing customer service and an amazing tattoo by Mia.

We had gone to a mall piercing place to re-pierce my 85 year old mother’s ears, and with three attempts with a piercing gun we had to seek professional help. I googled and found Powers with high ratings and we were there in five minutes - they were extremely professional and good at what they did and my mom said it didn’t even hurt! Thank you for a job well done - she loves having her ears pierced again!Service: Ear piercing

I just went today to get my nipples pierced by Dani and she was absolutely amazing. She was so chill and made me feel comfortable despite getting such an intimate piercing. She was fast, clean and professional. And all the services are well priced and affordable. If you’re thinking about going here I would def recommend it. I’ll be coming back for a tattoo soon. Also I met Michelle (one of the tattoo artists) and she was super nice as well. Very cool place.
