We have been customers for years. Ken does our regular service and is very personable. We also have Cetricon service. And have had to have some other treatments. Arrow and staff has always been responsive and informative.

The technicians are always prompt, courteous and friendly. They are knowledgeable and prompt, always ask if we are having any particular problems that need to be addressed, and go about their business efficiently and professionally.Valerie Schooley is also courteous, friendly, and professional, and very efficient schedules the technician's visit to your house.Also very important to note is that the service is effective at controlling pests. We have used this service for over 15 years, and plan to continue to depend on Arrow for the foreseeable future.Services: Spider extermination
