Outstanding service! Mark, Mike and their other 2 colleagues were very customer oriented and explained every possible aspect of the job dependent upon the outcome of all the tests. Also, Mark had extensive knowledge about how insurance process worked and recommendations as to how best to approach filing a claim if that was the desire pathway for the customer. Next step is the actual work. Will be sure to update this post once accomplished.
I had to repair my clean out drainpipe last year and I’m a first time home owner. This was a scary situation for me but 5th street plumbing has continued to impress! I’m now a return customer that won’t be using anyone else. I had to get some foundation work done this year and having them handle my hydrostatic tests put my mind at ease in a way the foundation company failed to do. I even got a hydrostatic test done a year after the plumbing repair and still got a passing test! Maybe one day I’ll be lucky enough to see them expand into 5th street foundation and roofing, then I’ll be set!
Had a little bit of a communication problem at first but once we got the numbers in the system all was great!
Technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. That's a good thing when you are paying by the hour to find a leak :). Very pleased with their services.
