Sterling did an excellent job fixing the drain to my washer. He was friendly, kind, and spent as much time with me as needed to make sure everything was working properly, and that my wall drain was no longer overflowing every time I did a wash. Thanks again, Sterling!
Roto-Rooter is one of the companies I immediately felt like I could trust them to do the job, do it well, and do it thoroughly. I didn’t catch the name of the worker that worked with me, but he was an older man who had been a plumber for a long time. He was able to tell me what was happening and explained what was going on. He was friendly and I loved how thorough he was in informing me of what was happening. (Clogged pipe was causing flooding in both bathrooms.) We hired a separate plumbing company earlier that day but the plumber from the other company basically shrugged and didn’t really even look.
