Roto-Rooter is one of the companies I immediately felt like I could trust them to do the job, do it well, and do it thoroughly. I didn’t catch the name of the worker that worked with me, but he was an older man who had been a plumber for a long time. He was able to tell me what was happening and explained what was going on. He was friendly and I loved how thorough he was in informing me of what was happening. (Clogged pipe was causing flooding in both bathrooms.) We hired a separate plumbing company earlier that day but the plumber from the other company basically shrugged and didn’t really even look. But the plumber with Roto-Rooter found the issue in less than 20 minutes. And the pricing was fair for the speediness of the diagnosis, repair, plus the complementary services (review of any possible damage with a thermal camera plus an additional review of the pipes around the house.) they were so kind, professional, and made us aware of the issues and how to prevent them. You can tell this company is very big on integrity and I greatly appreciated them. I will definitely be calling them again if there’s any issues.
