I recently purchased a fence through this company. The quote process was fast and easy. They came out about a week later and built our fence and they honestly went above my expectations. They were very dilagent, proffesional and on time. They kept there work area clean and was very respectful. New Caney Fence Co COMPLETE CHAOS AND DISORDERED WORK WITH NO SCHEDULE & NO COOPERATION WITH HOMEOWNER CONTRACTORS (CHRIS/ALAN FROM NEW CANEY FENCE COMPANY)
After charging me almost $11,000 to build my fence, had poor to no communication regarding appointment times.
They committed to appointment times I requested & did not keep their word. They were "no call no shows." Who conducts business like this? No one.!!
Fence was built with a large gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence. I had great additional expense to fill in the gap under the fence.
