Made an appointment with her because she was recommended. It was my first visit. She works out of Sei Bella Salon so there are other stylists in the shop in an open space. I went in and was not greeted by a single person so I just sat down. Not very welcoming. As other clients left after finishing their service, as soon as they were out the door, the stylists are talking about the person who just left. They did it with each one and I saw 3 different clients leave during my wait. WOW! So of course I knew as soon as I left they would do the same thing to me. Who the heck wants to deal with that?! Shelby did everything and more that I asked for. I have spent hundred of dollars on my hair to get me absolutely no where. One appointment with her, and I left with my hair better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Shelby! I will forever be a customer of hers! Shelby is so extremely talented in what she does. Specializing in blonde, she took my hair, and turned it into something I couldn’t have imagined possible. I am beyond speechless of her work, and left feeling so extremely happy. She is extremely fair on her pricing, and such a sweet person. I will forever be a returning customer after my experience with her!
