I can’t thank Shelly, the owner of Skin Studio Laser Boutique, enough for her quick thinking and expertise. During my visit, Shelly noticed something on my skin that I hadn’t thought twice about and pointed it out as a potential concern. Thanks to her sharp eye and immediate action, I was able to get it checked out right away, and it turned out to be skin cancer Melanoma. Because of Shelly’s diligence, it was caught early, and I’m so relieved it hadn’t spread. I had few surgeries, and oncology was able to completely remove it from my body. I’m forever grateful for her professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Skin Studio Laser Boutique for anyone looking for top-notch skin care!

Bought a Groupon here and they never answered the phone or left a message so I could schedule an appointment. I contacted Groupon and only since they were technically open, they do not do refunds. I guess as a way to make money, businesses can put their services on Groupon,vand never actually do any services, the Groupon then expires and you can’t get a refund. I would not trust the work or equipment they use either after this experience. Also looking at other reviews, I guess this has been happening for years now. Beware.

Leg veins reduction works!!!! Shelly and Autumne were very sweet and careful with me. The treatment is a little painful but they took care of me every time. The treatment works well but the marks take a long time to go away.

I bought a Groupon twice and had a great experience. Went elsewhere for my daughter and wasn’t as happy so bought one for her too. My hair growth has been minimal after just 10 sessions and it’s been a couple of years. Very happy!

This place is absolutely awesome, their prices are very reasonable and the girls are sweet and kind. This is the only place I go to get rid of the brown spots on my face. I go in for a photo facial twice a year....

Unorganized, changes sceduled appointment procedure to incorrect procedure. Closes during normal business hours. Outdated IPL equipment. Not consistent with treatment - does a decent job the first time then after purchasing more sessions, cuts corners the second time after getting your money and causing you to go elsewhere to correct her mistakes. Reccomend SKIN Med Spa & Laser - Castle Hills Adriana does a fabulous job and does NOT cut corners.

Was great the first time. 2nd unfortunately Shelly the owner must be going through a tough time in her life. Place was closed during normal business hours. and communications was not clear, she forgot what type of appointment I was scheduled for and then realized and said, "oh I don'thave time for that". Owner was late opening up her shop 1.5 hrs late. Did not do a good of a job as the first time. Im left going elsewhere to fix her unfinished work. Sold me lotion instead of numbing cream. Hope she finds the healing she needs so she can turn her life around.??
