Both Justin and Judith are perfectionist at their craft. I came to them 9 years ago with a bad color job from a previous studio and they transformed my hair from the inside out! I have never looked back! Justin’s eye for color is spot on and Judith can give you a pixy cut or long flowing layers, you name it she can do it! You won’t regret coming to Modern Muse for all of your haircare needs ❤️
