Life Time Colleyville is an expansive athletic country club that offers a wide range of amenities and services. The fitness floor is spacious, with unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. Members can also receive unlimited group training and personalized attention with a Signature Membership. The staff is well-trained and responsive, with trainers ready to assist in medical emergencies. The club also features a childcare center and a variety of classes, including the popular Dynamic Stretching. While some members have noted the need for more frequent cleaning, the club maintains a strong reputation for providing a high-quality experience for its members and their families.
As a guy, finding a core workout that keeps me engaged can be tough—I absolutely hate doing core exercises by myself. Ninna’s mat Pilates class completely changed that for me. She makes every single session incredibly beneficial and highly effective.
The class delivers an amazing stretch while keeping the intensity up; you will absolutely sweat and burn calories. By the end, I can always feel that my entire core and glutes are fully activated. If you want a killer workout that hits all the right spots, this is the class to take. Highly recommended!
What an amazing and fun place to be on a Saturday especially if you’re looking for a fun, energetic and positive mood dance class! Don’t miss the Danze jam class with Sha (Sandy). She is absolutely worth my membership. Along with the pool and the Gym, It’s all very clean we love it
