I must say I was nervous coming here even though it was for my son. I mean I'm new to the area after relocating from Florida and I must say I'm super impressed with everything from the lobby to the back OMG the appearance is like wow..... some people would say it looks very nice but is the service good and I'm here to say the service by Dr. Hashem and his team was amazing and the hospitality was great the knowledge they had as a team was awesome I look forward to continuing to come for my son's appointment. We love Dr. Hashem! Our poor kiddo needed an expander, and braces a little earlier than expected. They explained everything in full detail, which made me comfortable and put me at ease with all the costs. Every visit is a good one, even when the experience itself can be stressful for our son. They have even allowed me to come to the back to help him with his anxiety while they applied his braces (he’s also on the Autism spectrum and has sensory difficulties, but they make sure he feels comfortable as best as they can). Everyone on the staff is just lovely, and we couldn’t be happier with the progress he’s making. I highly recommend them!
