The woman that performs the micro blading is very unprofessional very unprofessional. Disregard that I work nights and I get off at 6 AM like I had told her the first time that I met her she canceled on me because we were going over the paperwork that she sent for me to fill out prior procedure ructions and she asked me if I had moisturize my face and I said yes, she said with what and I explained to her what and she says oh we can’tperform that this Services because you use such as collagen moisturizer and they have erratic acid that they don’t display in their ingredients and well I told her I said then you need to be a little more thorough with your instructions and she told me that she doesn’t control that she gets those printed out for some website. I said well maybe you should add the instruction that your client should not moisturize their face with nothing prior week or what XYZ she said well that’s a good idea. Maybe I should do that, but then disregarding that I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get my services rendered I came home and I rescheduled she offered to schedule me on a Monday that she technically is off and we scheduled at 11:30 I am got here early showed up on time and then she is texting me. I’ll be 20 minutes late And instead of 20 minutes late. She was 30 minutes late and then had the audacity to tell me that this is her business and she had errands to run prior to my appointment and it’s my fault that I chose to be there at our early I said no that’s not my fault. I’m here on time you should’ve been here onTime, unapologetic and disrespectful. I am requesting that Groupon refund me my money and I’m hoping that I do get my money back because she refused to refund me my money saying that she was not even paid.

The lady who micro bladed my eyebrows was not only extremely unprofessional, and by that I mean repeatedly scheduling and then canceling on me, even after driving a hour there , by the way she canceled when we were right in front of the building! However, the reason I am leaving this review is because she MESSED UP MY FACE! DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS MICRO-BLADED BY THIS WOMEN!!!! I went to her for the micro blading, and then the touch up fully expecting for everything to have been done, but after the second appointment when they had healed and it didn’t look any different then the first time, I knew something was fishy! The first half of my eyebrows look passable, but the middle and tails are outlined? Seriously, like a they are lined with nothing in the middle. I have been to two other permanent makeup specialists for their opinions and they’ve both said that I’ll need to get them layered off because they are unfixable and that they will need to start from scratch!! This is my FACE!! This is the first negative review I have ever written, but in all good conscience I can’t let some poor soul get their face permanently screwed up too!!

Mary gave me the exact hair cut I wanted and also trimmed my facial hair to perfection. A shampoo condition and dry and then a dab of gel to keep it all in place. Always a great visit !Service: Haircut
