Sam was great. I had brow and lip threading. She was very gentle and took her time. Often times it is done so fast that I can hardly make it through the session without stopping amd sneezing. She is the first one that got me through it easily. Highly recommend.
Sam did a thorough and quick job with my brazilian wax. She made me feel comfortable being exposed to her for the first time and she gives clear directions. I noticed the salon as I go to the nail salon for the first time next door and I happen to live around the corner! I really needed a closer more convenient location, with open availability by appointments. I appreciate paying a down payment for my appointments to hold my time. The floorplan and rooms are planned out very well, very spacious and clean!
I’d been going to the same brow place for about 5 years letting an extremely polite & professional young lady do my brows all while putting up w/ disrespect from the owner. Long story short the young lady traveled back to Iraq & didn’t return to the store, while I definitely waited for her..getting the news that she wouldn’t be returning was the best ever bc it pushed me to try this place! I had already been eyeing them bc I do some shopping in the area so this was the perfect time to try them out.
