Stopped by today and received great customer service and a haircut. Kallie did a great job. Would recommend giving her a shot??. They offered a Military/Veteran discount and had me in/out within about 20 minutes. Service included a haircut, massage chair, steam towel, hair wash, and style.
The haircut is fine, but I’m a little annoyed that they took away just the haircut option and make everybody get the higher priced MVP service. Typically I just want a haircut for the cheaper price, but they don’t offer it anymore. Seems like the wait times are longer than before because I think more people are doing the shampoo part because they are having the pay for it. So you can check in online to save some time, but you still may have to wait 20-30 minutes if one person is ahead of you and they do the shampoo.
I saw that Ally was cutting at this location and found out that she moved to Tower Point permanently. I was one of her clients at Jones Crossing and followed her here. She always does a phenomenal job cutting my hair.
