Solid workouts. But the selling point is the staff. Everyone is so kind, encouraging, and fun. You guys have also been able to create an environment where the members themselves have fun and encourage each other.
One of the best f45 gyms I have been to. I’ve traveled around to a bunch of studios and this was the best one I’ve been to. Great trainers. Clean gym. New and a wide variety of equipment. 5/5
I didn't think I could love a gym until I came to F45! The coaches are amazing and super encouraging, the community is fantastic, and I'm consistently motivated to level up.
