I am amazed by the expertise of Chem-dry. My carpet was really dirty. It looks like new. They arrived as scheduled ..extremely professional and reasonable cost. They explained that there were areas that may not get perfect but they got everything far beyond my expectations!!!

I found out 2 days before move-in that my rental house was soaked to the bones in pet urine, and the entire chem-dry team was so incredibly helpful in making sure I was gonna be moving into a habitable house. Sue was absolutely amazing; she was so kind and helpful in coordinating service for me all within the span of a day. So so so grateful!! And they did an amazing job with just a few hours notice.
