I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry Brazos Valley Carpet Cleaners. The lady who took my call was incredibly kind, and when I asked for the first available appointment, she was able to schedule me for the very next morning, which I truly appreciated. Brandon and Brad were both professional, courteous, and extremely attentive to detail. I was especially impressed that they used protective feet under the furniture while cleaning to keep everything safe and spotless. They finished the job in about an hour, and my carpet looks brand new. I had a stubborn plant stain and quite a bit of dog hair, and they handled both beautifully. Highly recommended and our couch looked brand new. Office staff and cleaners were terrific and kept us updated the whole way through. We'll worth the price as we have a large sectional. Would use again.
