Boller's is a miracle worker. They saved my mother's oriental carpet from a terrible accident with our family pet. We thought the rug was a lost cause after the dog got sick one night all over it. What you see in the photos is liquid diarrhea. It soaked in overnight to my mother's beautiful wool rug. According to Boller's, the pH of the diarrhea can permanently affect the wool and permanently discolor it. It also smelled to high heaven. But they picked it up same-day (including the rug pad) and saved both the rug pad and the rug. There was no evidence of the event (or if there is, you cannot see it.) I have been familiar with Boller's Carpet Cleaning for many years but have not used them in a long time. When I needed the tile floor cleaned in my kitchen, I called them because of a referral. They did an outstanding job and we were very pleased.
