Thursday evening at 8pm- I found myself frantically searching google for an emergency dentist after chipping my front tooth (I was absolutely horrified and couldn’t believe this was happening). I Located Vista Ridge Dental and was able to book an emergency appointment at 8am Friday with Dr. Patel. Friday morning, I walked into the office at 7:50 AM and was greeted with a smile and a lovely lady with a beautiful voice! I instantly felt very comfortable and felt that I was in the right place. Wonderful experience! Chaney, DDS was wonderful! Very thorough in addressing my needs. The dental hygienist, Myra, was fantastic! Very thorough and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on the entire time. I also appreciate that they do not try to sell me a bunch of products or services, like my previous dental office. I would highly recommend this Dentist!
Been going here for about 4 years, and was considering leaving a year ago. They made some improvements by focusing on the patient, not overselling, and not making excessively scary diagnosis. This last visit sealed it for me with Javi doing the best job of any hygienist in my 50+ years of seeing a dentist, and the dentist keeping it simple and to the point. Great improvements team Vista Ridge!
