Thursday evening at 8pm- I found myself frantically searching google for an emergency dentist after chipping my front tooth (I was absolutely horrified and couldn’t believe this was happening). I Located Vista Ridge Dental and was able to book an emergency appointment at 8am Friday with Dr. Patel. Friday morning, I walked into the office at 7:50 AM and was greeted with a smile and a lovely lady with a beautiful voice! I instantly felt very comfortable and felt that I was in the right place. After a few minutes of completing my profile and answering all the needed questions. I was called. A young lady introduced herself and walked me back to the room. We went through all of my concerns And she assured me, this has happened many times to many people. I felt a lot more calm and extremely impressed when she reiterated everything I told her in great detail step by step. To the person taking over my case. After the x-rays and all the images, I honestly felt like I was in a spa. Everything was handled so swiftly and with such perfection. Everyone that stepped in the room, treated me with the same amount of care and sensitivity. Everyone valuing my time and with urgency. I have to say I am so impressed! I shared my story with many people, including the before, and after pictures! I just want to say thank you to Dr. Patel and the entire staff for easing my fears, calming my nerves and making me feel like the most important person in your office! Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Aka Dental Spa!! 💙

Wonderful experience! Chaney, DDS was wonderful! Very thorough in addressing my needs. The dental hygienist, Myra, was fantastic! Very thorough and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on the entire time. I also appreciate that they do not try to sell me a bunch of products or services, like my previous dental office. I would highly recommend this Dentist!

Love this place! Feels like a spa, making me feel so comfortable from check in, warm blanket, hot neck wrap and able to watch my tv shows. The staff is incredible! I love my smile!

Been going here for about 4 years, and was considering leaving a year ago. They made some improvements by focusing on the patient, not overselling, and not making excessively scary diagnosis. This last visit sealed it for me with Javi doing the best job of any hygienist in my 50+ years of seeing a dentist, and the dentist keeping it simple and to the point. Great improvements team Vista Ridge!

I am near the last step of having 3 teeth replaced with a bridge being anchored with 2 implants. Today, Dr. Patel placed the 2 implants. Virtually painless and quick. You know there is a drill involved and a ratchet?? It’s been 2 hours past my surgery and feeling good and had a good meal. Dr. Patel and Bailee were great. There was a young dental assistant there as well, sorry forgot his name, who also did a great job. I have been going to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry for better than ten years. Staff comes and goes , but the core stays around. Thanks, have a Great 4th of July.
