Staff are great, Veterinarian was great. Dr Lana Honning. Professional, so good to my doggo! Truly a fantastic experience considering circumstances. My female Cavalier had to have surgery for her bladder stones removal. The team did an amazing job. My girl flew through that surgery. Thank you Dr Honning and Firehouse!

The staff was the sweetest most caring people. They were able to accommodate a quick visit to allow us to transition our elderly cat across the rainbow bridge.

So grateful for the team at Firehouse. I recently adopted an anxious, reactive and touch-sensitive rescue. Iβve been nervous about getting him the health care he needs, but the team at firehouse welcomed us and made his first vet visit a great experience for him. He left calmer than when we arrived. Amazing!

Dr Davis was so nice!!! My little kitten absolutely loved the room and was treated so kindly by Dr Davis. The place was clean and staff so nice, even to me. I highly recommend this place if you need a vet.

Today I received such a beautiful sentiment from Dr. Davis- a card in the mail regarding the passing of my beloved and beautiful best friend of 16 years. I'm already crying. lol. I planned on writing this review beforehand, but I knew this would happen, so I tried avoiding it; not because I didn't want to honor your excellent work and time and attention to my pet's situation, but because anything that has to do with the passing of Libby makes me so sad. However, I am glad I am taking steps forward to doing things that are tough such as taking my other sweet girl, Molly, to the office for her anxiety and depression the other day, as well as, writing this right now.
There are too many things to thank Firehouse Animal Health Care 183 for. From being available the day that I noticed Libby's needs were becoming more urgent to her very last day I got to spend with her. This was my first experience losing my very own pet and I needed someone to be more understanding and empathetic to my situation, as well as, provide me the education I needed to make the right decision in moving forward with her care. I will put this publicly because it is important to note. I went to Vetco (Petco) and was very dissatisfied with their service. It was just bland and quite frankly they offered no pain medication for my poor Libby who was suffering. The doctor literally said, "She's not in pain" just because at that moment she was actually feeling ok.
Because I'm too nice of a person I went home and kept replaying what he said and kept thinking how I really got nothing out of that appointment, so I decided to get a second opinion. After my visit with Dr. Davis, not only did she listen to how I felt about my pet's needs, but she actually took the time to make Libby feel comfortable by sitting down with her 30 minutes while discussing her case before actually physically examining her.
She explained everything thoroughly and never pressured me into buying specific products. While she recommended some, she didn't say it was the only option and gave me a variety to choose from. I love that she stood by her word about emailing me all the information regarding the diet even if it was after working hours. It demonstrates her dedication to her patients and that quality of care is important to her.
I feel this is across the board throughout the clinic. From the front desk, to the vet techs, and veterinarians. I was able to meet Dr. Armstrong as well with my other dog, Molly and she was great as well. She demonstrated many of the same character traits that Dr. Davis did, so I was very pleased.
I honestly thought I wanted to get home euthanasia services, but after meeting with Dr. Davis that day, I felt so comfortable knowing she would be there by my side. I was very impressed with the way they conducted it. I know it made me and Libby feel so comfortable especially with her most favorite treat, her pupcup! I lost it seeing how happy she was. The whole day she was not feeling well, until that, so that made me happy knowing she passed with a happy tummy and happily in momma's arms. :(
Thank you all for going the extra mile in everything you all do! It means the world to me and for all your customers I'm sure! You all made everything so smooth by also having Fond Memories to work with. I can't thank everyone enough for their amazing work! Looking forward to more visits with my other baby.
Here are some memories of all of us. Molly and I miss Libby terribly. We have no one else but each other to lean on so I know we will get close through this process. Libby was my entire world. She had a heart of gold, loved to play so much, and was my running partner for a good while. Those are the toughest moments to get through when I recall them. Her soul was just beautiful and I will never forget her. Enjoy :)

This vet clinic has been hands down the best Iβve ever experienced. Weβve been dealing with an extremely difficult case with our sweet girl, Honey. We were referred to firehouse from VEG er and we are forever grateful. Our poor girl has been given some rough diagnosisβs and the staff here at firehouse has been nothing but gold standard. Specifically would like to shout out Dr. Natalie Davis. She is a vet who truly has a passion for what she does, she has gone above and beyond for both our dogs and for that we couldnβt thank her enough.
We had the courtesy of working with a few techs: Andrew with our initial consult, who immediately got down on the floor with our girl and made her feel so comfortable. Sydney who has been in multiple visits with us for both our babies and gives them so much love, she seems to have that same strong passion for what she does. The front desk staff greats us with a smile and our names the moment we walk in. The attentiveness, kindness, and quick response of this office has given us such hope that our dogs are in the very best of hands. Thank you Firehouse 183 for treating our little family as your own!
