After my auto accident I was referred to Dr. Davidson at the South Austin location. I have seen many chiropractors over the years and he is by far the most personable, organized, and tech saavy. The practice is very community and research focused which made me feel in great hands. He has made my case very easy to navigate and more comprehensive than past injury cases. Very kind man and lovely building. 11/10!

I can’t say enough great things about this practice! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, genuinely cared for, and validated. I went to Dr. Smith seeking a second opinion and was relieved to learn a previous Chiropractor had mis-diagnosed my injury and dismissed my injury. Dr. Smith wasted no time putting together a treatment plan, Jenni has been beyond amazing at setting up referrals and helping me along in this process.

Dr. Smith is a Chiropractor that will take the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of your questions, and develop a plan that works for each individual.

After a car accident left me with severe back pain, I initially went to a different physiotherapy clinic, but unfortunately, it didn’t alleviate my pain. Thankfully, I was then referred to Texas Spine & Injury, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

From the moment you walk in, Jenn and the front desk ladies greets you with a big smile, making you feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Aaron Smith is incredibly knowledgeable and has been instrumental in my recovery. He always listens to my concerns, offers practical advice, and provides treatment that truly makes a difference.
