They are very professional, and have saved me a more than a few times on some last minute projects. I have gotten to know Rashaad, one of their employees and I have to say that he always has a great attitude, always gives us a report after any job he does, he will come out just to look at the carpet to let us know if the carpet can be saved. I had an excellent experience with SpotBeGone. Mike was great! I would definitely recommend them for carpet or tile cleaning.
They did such a great job that I asked them to come back to do my tile and grout cleaning. Again, they did a fantastic job. Here are the before and after pictures.
